Daily Energy Update -


Schumann Resonance -


My Feelings/Outlook - A lot of integration over the last 24 hours, but some things to note:

  • Around 9pm-12am EST there was some removal energy at the 24hz line, as well as some cross hatching; if you have been following for a bit you know the 24hz line is the bridge between conscious mind brainwaves and higher consciousness brainwaves; therefore, this could have caused some breakthroughs to be happening last last night

  • A lot of crosshatching early this morning, with some yellow (medium strength) energy at the 8hz line from 3-9am EST, which could cause some dreams to happen as well as some reorganization within the subconscious causing some breakthroughs to happen within the conscious mind

  • Some red (removal energy) at the 12hz line (bridge between the subconscious brainwaves and conscious brainwaves) from 7am-3pm, but nothing too dramatic; however, for a small percentage of you, there may be uneasiness and confusion, but again a very small percentage.

Other than that, just a lot of integration and stabilization happening, which is what we need right now. Remember to listen to your body: If you are feeling it, you are processing due to the calmness outside of your body, giving your body time to work on internal stuff. If you are not feeling it, use this time for go and put your energy towards your purpose and making conscious decisions.


Intuitive Message -

When people feel uncertain, they often focus on their thoughts, but uncertainty frequently appears physically first.


You may notice:

  • stomach tightness

  • digestive discomfort

  • restlessness

  • difficulty falling asleep

  • chest tension

  • shallow breathing


This happens because uncertainty can activate the brain's threat-detection systems. The body starts preparing for a problem that may not actually exist.


One helpful awareness question:

"Am I responding to what's happening right now, or what I fear might happen?"


That question alone can shift a surprising amount of tension.
