Schumann Resonance -


My Feelings/Outlook - Yesterday (5/31) there was a quick push of energy around 5am EST, but other than that, very calm with some piecey integration. Today (6/1) we have a mini push of energy around 2-3am EST going to around 12hz, with a full graph push around 8-9am EST. Very short pushes, which makes me believe this is all integration and settling energy. For some of you, you may be feeling HEAVY because your body can finally focus on itself and not fend off incoming energy so if this is the case, rest, drink water, ground. If you feel like you can finally breathe, use this time for good. Get things done and move towards your purpose with intention.


Intuitive Message -

Many people seem to be feeling a subtle tension between wanting to move forward and needing to process where they've been.


In human terms, it can feel like:

  • wanting clarity but feeling uncertain

  • wanting momentum but feeling tired

  • wanting answers but feeling reflective


Rather than forcing movement, this energy supports integration. The lesson isn't necessarily "do more." It's "understand more." Sometimes growth comes from action. Sometimes growth comes from making meaning of what's already happened.

Solar Flares/Coronal Hole Mass Ejections – We had a Coronal Hole Mass Ejection last night EST (4:55 UTC) and will be seeing this energy within the next 3 days. I will keep you updated as more info is put out, but I can see a huge push of energy around Wednesday. Stay tuned!
