Schumann Resonance -


My Feelings/Outlook - Many things to note, but the biggest thing is a LOT of energy within our atmosphere due to the growing amount of thunderstorms all over the world.

  • Starting around 11am EST 5/28, sharp pushes of high energy has swept through our atmosphere, with pushes reaching the entire graph at 40hz. These pushes were consistent every few hours putting a lot of stress on our bodies.

  • Most of the noise and removal energy is at the 8hz line

This extra energy in the atmosphere can cause extreme heat, severe weather, and shifts in atmospheric pressure. Human bodies react to these changes through direct symptoms like heat exhaustion, headaches from barometric fluctuations, and respiratory distress from poor air quality. The main physical symptoms you may be feeling are as follows:

  • Heat exhaustion, cramps, sleep disruption, sinus headaches, ear pain, joint/muscle aches, overall fatigue, and extra mucus (burning eyes, scratchy throat, and sinus inflammation

Listen to your body and REST when possible. Drink water and hydration packets (one per day, don't over do it).


Intuitive Message -

There seems to be a growing collective desire for simplicity. People are becoming increasingly aware that constant stimulation doesn't automatically create fulfillment.


Many are discovering that:

  • more information isn't always more wisdom

  • more productivity isn't always more peace

  • more activity isn't always more purpose


Collectively, there is a tension between acceleration and grounding. Technology continues to speed life up. Yet many people are craving slower conversations, deeper relationships, and more meaningful experiences.


The collective lesson right now may be this: Not everything valuable moves quickly. Some of the most important changes in human consciousness happen slowly, quietly, and beneath the surface.
