Daily Energy Update -


Schumann Resonance -


My Feelings/Outlook - A LOT of global thunderstorms, specifically in the America's today, causing some pressure within our atmosphere. Do I think all of this energy is from that? No. Since yesterday’s energy update, we were fairly calm until 3am EST, when a push of energy came in lasting until 7am, having a high of the full graph (40hz) around 3:30-4am EST. The second push was around 28hz around 5-6am EST. Most of these few hours were white (heightened energy) but there was a lot of red around them (removal energy). We then had a rest period till around 11pm EST, with a high of 24hz but a lot of removal energy at the end of the push around 2pm EST. This red looks like the melting clocks like the energy from yesterday, and I feel like this is the melting of our illusions and confusion. So this confusion we’ve been feeling the last few days is dissipating in layers. But this red energy can also bring up past situations coming up to be processed. This brings me to the last push of energy we are technically moving through right now. Starting around 3pm EST, mainly white energy and very much less removal energy. So if you are feeling exhausted, this could be why. If you can, get outside and ground. Feeling this energy could be rough so be sure to listen to your body and really try to not do anything that could hinder you from falling asleep tonight.


Intuitive Message -

I think many people are beginning to realize that constant stimulation is not the same thing as fulfillment. The nervous system was never designed to absorb endless information without emotional processing and recovery. And honestly? A lot of people are finally reaching the point where their body no longer wants to normalize survival mode. The deeper collective lesson right now: Awareness begins when distraction slows down.
