Daily Energy Update -


Schumann Resonance -


My Feelings/Outlook - Since yesterday's Energy Update, there has been a LOT of integration. A few things to note:

  • around 1am EST there was a mini blip of energy showing only around the 24-28hz lines, very quick but interesting for it to be showing there (the bridge between Beta Brainwaves and Gamma Brainwaves - conscious to higher conscious)

  • from 4-8am EST a bit of noise can be seen at the 8hz line (yellow and red) and a little bit at the 12hz line (yellow); nothing crazy but could cause confusion in the mind a little, but I feel like the confusion is slowly be stripped away as we are integrating with the current energy

  • 4pm to the present - A bit of noise at the 8hz line with some removal energy at the 12hz line, but again, just little blips of energy

Overall, I think today was pure integration. We may still be feeling confusion or emotional, but it is NOTHING like the last few days. Sometimes there is some fog before we see the light at the end of the tunnel.


Intuitive Message -

There’s a strong collective emotional theme right now around internal exhaustion and the desire to emotionally decompress. Many people seem increasingly aware that they’ve been functioning under chronic mental and emotional pressure for far too long.


Collectively, people may notice:

  • emotional fatigue

  • overstimulation

  • irritability

  • mental racing

  • difficulty relaxing

  • emotional numbness

  • desire for solitude


There’s also a growing awareness around how deeply environments affect the nervous system.


People are becoming less tolerant of:

  • emotional chaos

  • constant urgency

  • noise

  • performative interactions

  • overstimulation


This collective energy feels deeply connected to nervous system recalibration.


People are beginning to crave:

  • slowness

  • grounding

  • emotional honesty

  • simplicity

  • stability

  • presence


The deeper lesson: A constantly activated nervous system cannot fully experience peace.
