Daily Energy Update –


Schumann Resonance –


My Feelings/Outlook – Short blips of energy early morning (10am-2am EST); Push of energy to the 12hz line, with focus there AGAIN; A lot of removal energy happening here, with integration of the current energy; I am VERYYYYY on edge, overstimulated. All technology has been crap all day and I am ENRAGED, but this is the energy. I know it.


Intuitive Message –

There’s a strong collective emotional theme right now around overstimulation, emotional fatigue, and the desire for internal stability.


Many people seem emotionally exhausted from:

  • constant information

  • pressure to perform

  • emotional unpredictability

  • social comparison

  • overstimulated environments


Collectively, people may feel:

  • mentally scattered

  • emotionally reactive

  • disconnected from themselves

  • socially drained

  • overstimulated by noise or chaos


There’s also an increasing desire for:

  • grounding

  • slower living

  • nervous system regulation

  • authentic connection

  • emotional honesty


The collective lesson right now feels deeply connected to awareness of emotional capacity. People are beginning to realize they cannot endlessly absorb stress without the body eventually responding.
