My Feelings/Outlook – A lot of noise and crosshatching over the last 24hrs (integration and removal energy), with a lot of emphasis on the 8hz and 12hz lines (5pm on 5/24 through 10am EST 5/25). Remember the 12hz line is the bridge from the subconscious brain to the conscious brain, so is this a clearing of that bridge? Making "the veil" a bit easier to see through? Other than that, nothing crazy to write home about. Calm and steady as of right now. Because of this noise, you may be feeling confused, like the last few days, due to the reorganizing of your brain for your highest and best timeline.


Intuitive Message –

There’s a strong collective emotional theme right now around energetic boundaries and emotional capacity.


Many people are realizing they cannot endlessly absorb:

  • stress

  • chaos

  • information

  • emotional pressure

  • constant stimulation

without eventually feeling emotionally disconnected.


Collectively, this energy feels like humanity trying to recalibrate after prolonged overstimulation.


People may notice:

  • lower social tolerance

  • emotional fatigue

  • stronger need for solitude

  • irritation with noise or chaos

  • increased sensitivity to environments


This is not necessarily regression. For many people, this is awareness increasing. The nervous system is becoming less willing to normalize chronic stress.


There’s also a growing collective desire for:

  • authenticity

  • slower living

  • emotional honesty

  • grounded connection

  • simplicity


The deeper lesson: Your energy is affected by what you repeatedly expose your nervous system to.
