Daily Energy Update –


Schumann Resonance –


My Feelings/Outlook – Starting from 11am EST yesterday (5/23), there has been a lot of action on the Tomsk, Russia graph (Italy, not so much). Therefore, a bit of this energy could be due to an uptick of global storms (which has changed within the last 24 hours, showing more storm patterns in the Americas, Eastern Europe, etc. (see below for more details under Global Lightning Areas). Although storms usually show within the graph as upside down tear drops, it is not showing up like that here; therefore, I do firmly and intuitively believe this energy is not JUST global thunderstorms but divine energy coming from another cosmic source. A few different spikes came in last night (around 5pm EST and 11-1am EST), which is when the 20hz line was most active. Around 2am EST, everything shifting, showing as a few DARK BLUE columns. For me, dark blue columns or stillness within the graph shows some sort of reset, which may cause MANY aha moments of thinking or downloads coming in. These downloads can show for the next few hours in dreams, organizing, or even just rest. After the resets, there was a bit of noise at the 8 and 12hz lines, getting rid of some left over low vibrations from the body, so you may also feel some deep emotions moving into this calm period. Now, at the far edge of the chart, the intensity has eased, but it hasn’t disappeared. The lower harmonics still glow in green (3D energy healing from Gaia), the bands thicker and more active than they were on the 22nd. The frequency lines move in wider, less predictable arcs. Whatever opened in that moment appears to still be open, quietly lingering beneath the surface. And maybe that’s the deeper thing to notice: moments of change don’t fully close behind us. Something from them always remains.


Intuitive Message –

There’s a strong collective theme right now around overstimulation and emotional saturation.

Many people seem emotionally exhausted from constantly consuming information, emotions, opinions, and pressure without enough time to internally process any of it.


Collectively, this may show up as:

  • brain fog

  • emotional numbness

  • difficulty focusing

  • irritability

  • social exhaustion

  • emotional reactivity

  • sleep disruption


There’s also an increasing desire for simplicity.


People are craving:

  • slower environments

  • real conversations

  • authenticity

  • grounding

  • emotional safety

  • less noise


This energy is teaching people that constant stimulation does not equal connection. And honestly, I think many people are beginning to realize how disconnected they’ve become from their own internal world. The deeper lesson: Stillness is not emptiness. Stillness is where awareness returns.
