Daily Energy Update –


Schumann Resonance –


My Feelings/Outlook – Calm until around 3am EST, big push of energy, avg 32hz; Consistent until around 7am EST, with noise until 12hz and push of energy at the 20hz line; pushing again around 8-9am to around 24hz line; KP index is super low so my sources say this is not due to geomagnetic drivers, stating that it was due to regional thunderstorms HOWEVER, when looking at global lightning, this does not make much sense due to the region not having much action; more action in the American region than anything (see below for global lightning source. Also, the way it is showing on the graph does not look like storms, THEREFORE this is a push from divine (or another source other than Gaia and the Sun); I can see a bunch of downloads coming in today and some mental exhaustion; listen to your body for what you need and get at least 10 minutes outside to ground, skin to earth contact.


Intuitive Message –

There’s a collective emotional theme right now around internal pressure versus emotional capacity. Many people are reaching a point where the pace they’ve been emotionally operating at is no longer sustainable.


This may show up as:

  • emotional exhaustion

  • needing more alone time

  • overstimulation

  • frustration with surface-level interactions

  • emotional sensitivity

  • desire to simplify life


Collectively, people seem less tolerant of emotional chaos right now.


The nervous system is craving:

  • consistency

  • grounding

  • honesty

  • emotional safety

  • slower environments


This energy is also revealing how many people unconsciously live in “anticipation mode.”


Always waiting for:

  • the next problem

  • the next stressor

  • the next notification

  • the next emotional disruption


And eventually the body forgets how to fully rest. The deeper collective lesson: Peace is not laziness. Stillness is not failure. Rest is not weakness.
