Daily Energy Update –


Schumann Resonance –


My Feelings/Outlook – From 4-11pm EST last night (5/21), we started receiving a bit of crosshatching, which in my mind is integration. Within this integration, there were spots of removal energy which could have caused some confusion within the later hours of the day yesterday. I know, for me, A LOT of reorganizing was happening... even me thinking that doing what I do every day, giving updates, was not what I was meant to do. BUT DON'T WORRY, this was the energy at work and I knew that, so I took the evening off. There was also a mini BLIP of energy around 1-2am, with high intense energy until the 20hz line, where there was a bit of red (removal); THEN between 5-6am EST we had a very short blackout in the graph, probably lasting around 30 minutes... for me, this is a timeline jump or a timeline collapse. WE WERE ALL FEELING IT COMING, and every since this switch, my mind has been CLEAR of ego worries. Since then, it has been calm, cool, and collected. (written at 2:30pm EST).


Intuitive Message –

There’s a strong collective theme right now around emotional exhaustion mixed with internal reevaluation. Many people are realizing they cannot continue operating from constant survival mode while expecting peace internally.


Collectively, people seem more emotionally sensitive to:

  • overstimulation

  • emotional inconsistency

  • inauthenticity

  • chaos

  • emotional disconnection


This energy is pushing people toward simplification. Less noise. Less performance. Less emotional self-abandonment. At the same time, many people may feel emotionally restless because the nervous system often confuses stillness with lack of productivity.

This creates an internal conflict between:


  • the desire for peace

    vs.

  • the addiction to stimulation


The collective lesson right now: Slowing down is not failure. For many people, slowing down is the first moment they’ve actually been able to hear themselves emotionally.
