Daily Energy Update –

My Feelings/Outlook – Consistent line at 20hz line, with energy stopping around 5am EST. The burst of energy from midnight to 5am EST could be due to storms passing through or overall global thunderstorm activity (tis the season), and the Italy graph is also showing rises in electricity, suggesting a global rather than a regional driver... Since the KP index is very low and solar flares are somewhat non-existent, the most likely driver is an influx of global thunderstorms, BUT can also be late pushes of energy from the coronal hole mass ejections on 5/16 and the solar flares after that. 5-8am EST reset point, causing some mental fog. Calm from 11am to present.
Intuitive Message -
Collectively, many people may appear “fine” externally while internally feeling:
emotionally depleted
mentally overstimulated
disconnected from joy
emotionally impatient
fatigued from constant input
There’s a strong collective theme right now around: “functional burnout.” People are continuing to perform while their nervous systems quietly ask for recovery. This could be due to the external pressure that is currently in our atmosphere, so it is best to stay grounded during this time!
