My Feelings/Outlook – Calm with some integration until 1am EST, strong full graph, followed by a 20hz line push around 5am EST; large push at 7am EST, followed by hours of energy with focus on the 20hz line; consistent energy coming in to present (5pm EST); green 3D Healing energy at 29-30hz line? Cumiana, Italy is showing elevated noise consistent with Tomsk, so this is a global (not regional) source of energy


Intuitive Message-

Collectively, people may feel:

  • mentally scattered

  • emotionally overstimulated

  • more reactive than usual

  • mentally fatigued but unable to slow down


There’s a strong “information exhaustion” energy building right now. People are consuming more than they’re emotionally processing. And nervous systems are struggling to keep up.


This may show up as:

  • irritability

  • emotional numbness

  • doom scrolling

  • anxious thinking

  • sleep disruption

  • overstimulation fatigue


The human nervous system was never designed for constant psychological input without emotional recovery. People don’t just need motivation right now. They need restoration.
