My Feelings/Outlook – Field is quiet; the bands are thin and steady; there was turbulence predicted for 5/19-5/20, but it seems that has passed; after the removal energy around 6-8pm EST last night, we have been somewhat calm with some emphasis at the 8hz line (3D healing with green, so you may be feeling like you are putting pieces together, picking up the pieces from the last few days)

Geomagnetic Storms/Radio/Energy Grid Impacts – N/A; last night there was a predicted G1 storm for today and tomorrow, but it seems that has dissipated.

Solar Flares/Coronal Hole Mass Ejections – SF 24hr MAX = C9.72 (calming down from the last few days); 72hr MAX = M1.96
