My Feelings/Outlook – EMBRACE THIS ENERGY; Breathe deeply; visualize balance; BIG ush of energy of 5/16 ended around 1pm EST; removal energy at the 4-8hz lines 5-6 pm EST; then 12 hours of calm with focus of 3D (green) healing at the 8hz line; 6-10am EST some noise, forming a block (?) with emphasis on the 12hz line (bridge from subconscious to conscious brainwaves), could cause some confusion if you are processing' Push of energy around 1pm EST today and we just went though a short blip of energy with some removal energy again at the 8hz line; a lot of action at 4-8hz lines; theta brainwaves; drowsy, sleep like state; may feel out of it or completely fatigued; listen to your body.
