My Feelings/Outlook – Between 8am EST 5/11 and 7pm EST, the calmest we've had in days, if you felt less overwhelmed yesterday afternoon, this way be why; if not, you were processing/removing/reorganizing within your brain (subconscious); 7-8pm spike to 16hz, bridge from subconscious/conscious mind! 9:30 pm EST short blip of a spike; still some consistent horizontal energy @ 3-4hz line with some dense (red energy) till 1am EST. 2-3 am EST HUGE PUSH to 36hz; 4am- full to 40hz; 5am EST - going to 20hz with focus on that line, turning to green (like the 24hz line for the last few weeks); push end around 9am EST with some calm energy right now.
